T-Sihrts & Sweatshirts
We have branded logo products, t-shirts , sweatshirts, and other accessories, with Athletes For Crohn's logo or other custom branded logos sporting goods for our Team as well as others to wear to help bring awareness to Crohn's disease and support our cause. Our team members participate in marathons, half marathons,10K, 5K, triathlons, duathlons, and aquathlons and wear our logo branded products
Our Team members receive a logo branded T-shirt, water bottle, and drawstring bag when they join. The membership fee of $25 includes these items as well as an Athletes For Crohn's ("AFC")) program book and AFC newsletter subscription, and access to our mentors and coaches.

Mugs, water bottles are Hope For Crohn's branded products made by our third-party provider's, VistaPrint, Printful, etc. companies. There are 2 ways to shop for our logo branded products:
1) Complete the order form and email to us. We will ship to your mailing address indicated on the Form.
2) Go to our official website, ShopForCrohns.com, to purchase our branded products to support our mission to raise awareness of Crohn's disease.
